The article is dedicated to the development of a mathematical model and methodology for evaluating effectiveness integrating information technology solutions into digital platforms using virtual simulation infrastructures. task selecting stack technologies formulated as elements from sets possible solutions. This allows us develop mathematically unified approach different solutions, such choosing programming languages, Database Management System (DBMS), operating systems data technologies, frameworks used.
